About Us

Welcome to Hickory Withe Woods Subdivision.  Located in western Fayette County, the large estate-sized lots provide privacy and the beauty of wooded scenery, yet are a close drive to many restaurants, stores, and malls.  In addition, two interstate highways are very accessible, yet not too close.

 

This website is managed by the HOA of Hickory Withe Woods representing owners of 41 lots in the first (front) phase of the subdivision.  It is our desire to enhance the character of our community, protect the natural beauty of our neighborhood, and support initiatives that improve the value of our homes.
